We only use sterling silver. Nickel and lead-free. 

Shipping:

Domestic and International shipping available. All orders are shipped from New York, USA. All services include a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING averages from 10-20 days depending on the time of the year and the amount of time it is held at customs. Some countries like United Kingdom, charge custom fee. Please note that custom fees and import duties are not paid by the seller. The buyer is solely responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.

LOST ITEM DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: No refunds will be given for lost items due to incorrect mailing address. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct.

Returns:

We accept returns for non-personalized items. Please notify us before returning any item via mail. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. We are more than happy to resolve any issue. You can send us a message via customersupport@soleilnewyork.com.

Items should be returned in the original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as when purchased/delivered. All sales are final after 30 days. Please note that original shipping cost cannot be refunded and return shipping fees are paid by the buyer. Refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item.
